Mountains, small towns and villages — another Uzbekistan beyond the classic routes.

You can automate a calculation or a booking, but you cannot automate responsibility, hospitality and trust.

About

For many years I worked at the intersection of international relations, transport, aviation, logistics and tourism. That experience shaped my view of what a modern travel company should be.
My path in business began long before TourLink. Reliable, professional, technological and able to control the many processes a journey depends on — that is the company I see.
I was born in Denau, in the Surkhandarya region. In 1998 I graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in international economic relations. Later I continued in management and in 2012 received a master's degree from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute.
Tourism has always interested me as more than a business. It brings together almost everything I did before: international relations, transport, aviation, logistics, negotiation and work with people from different cultures. The main difference is that the result is not only numbers — at the end of a journey, human impressions, memories and an attitude toward the country remain.
Path
The move into tourism was a natural continuation of experience already accumulated: every trip is a complex system where every detail matters.
1998
International economic relations.
2006
The company worked in mobile communications and represented Perfectum Mobile in the Surkhandarya region.
2008
Domestic and international air tickets, cooperation with Russian, Turkish and Kazakh airlines. At the same time — the first trucks and trailers, and the start of international freight.
2012
Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute.
2013
Experience that taught me to see any trip as a system: route, time, transport, coordination of people, and the ability to find a solution quickly when circumstances change.
2016
At first — organising trips abroad for travellers from Uzbekistan. The direction gradually led to larger international work.
2026
In April 2026 TourLink was created — a continuation of the experience, team and professional relationships formed over the previous years.
TourLink
Orient Star Group belonged to its time and played an important role in our development. For the next stage we needed a more modern, shorter and more universal brand.
A journey cannot be created by one person or one company. You have to connect the traveller, the travel agent, the hotel, transport, the guide, the airline, the route and dozens of other elements.
We wanted a company that would be seen not only as a classic tour operator, but as a system that brings travel-market participants together. Our task is to make that connection simple, reliable and effective.
A travel company carries a special responsibility to the guest. We effectively become representatives of the country they have come to see.
Experience and technology
Over the years I have seen how strongly technology can change the travel industry.
Routine processes, calculations and bookings. We help partners build complex routes faster and gradually form a shared professional environment for working with travel products.
Technology should never fully replace a human attitude. You can automate a calculation or a booking, but you cannot automate responsibility, hospitality and trust.
Approach
You can sell a service once. It is much harder to make a partner work with you for years, and a traveller want to come back to your team.
For every process a journey depends on.
Specialists who know languages, markets and how to make decisions.
With partners and with guests — equally.
A given word is worth more than one deal.
One of a leader's most important tasks, I believe, is building a strong team. Tourism cannot be developed alone. You need specialists who know languages, understand different cultures and markets, can make decisions and genuinely care about the result.
It matters to me that people at TourLink can grow professionally, propose new ideas and gradually take on more responsibility.
Uzbekistan
For me Uzbekistan does not begin only with the famous monuments of Samarkand, Bukhara or Khiva. I am from Surkhandarya and I know how varied our country can be.
My aim is that a person who comes here for the first time takes away not only photographs of architectural monuments, but a real sense of the country.
For partners and travellers
For me TourLink is the result of a twenty-year entrepreneurial path and the start of a new stage. We bring together accumulated experience, international relationships and modern technology.
