Rules for requesting, confirming, paying for and delivering TourLink travel programmes.
These Booking terms apply to travellers, group leaders, corporate clients, agencies and partners who request or book travel services from TourLink. TourLink designs and delivers travel programmes and may coordinate hotel, transport, guide, restaurant, venue, permit partner and other supplier services needed for the route.
An enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation of TourLink services and fulfilment of the deposit, prepayment or full payment condition according to the relevant invoice, proposal, booking confirmation or contract.
You submit an enquiry with dates, destinations, group size, interests and practical requirements.
TourLink reviews the enquiry and may ask for missing details.
TourLink prepares a proposal, route, quote, availability note or service plan.
You confirm that you wish to proceed.
TourLink issues payment instructions, an invoice, booking confirmation or contract.
The booking becomes confirmed only after written acceptance by TourLink and fulfilment of the required payment condition.
Prices are not final until written confirmation. They may depend on dates, group size, rooming list, currency, supplier availability, taxes, fuel, transport, guide language, permits, ticket category and other operational factors. Only services expressly listed as included are included. International flights, personal expenses, insurance, visa fees, passport costs, optional activities, early check-in, late check-out, excess baggage, personal tips, meals outside the inclusion list and costs due to traveller changes or delays are usually not included.
Payment terms are stated in the invoice, booking confirmation, proposal or contract. TourLink may request a deposit, staged payment or full prepayment depending on supplier deadlines, travel dates, group size and service type. At launch, the website does not accept online payment. Payment methods, bank details, payment deadlines, currency, bank fees and conversion costs are confirmed in writing for each booking.
You must provide accurate and complete traveller data on request. This may include names as in passports, nationality, date of birth, passport details, visa status, arrival and departure, rooming list, meals, accessibility, emergency contacts and other information needed to deliver the service correctly.
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, right of entry and travel documents unless written booking confirmation states that TourLink provides a specific support service. Visa, border, permit, registration and migration rules may change. Before travel, travellers should check requirements with the competent authority, embassy, consulate or official source.
Before confirmation, travellers should inform TourLink about health, mobility, meals, allergies, accessibility, age or safety issues that may affect the trip. Some routes include long transfers, remote areas, altitude, desert conditions, mountain roads, uneven surfaces, borders, weather exposure, basic infrastructure or limited medical access. TourLink recommends suitable travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, delays, baggage and activities included in the trip.
TourLink may adjust the route due to supplier availability, local restrictions, weather, road conditions, border rules, opening hours, safety, force majeure or other operational reasons. If a material change is needed, TourLink will try to offer a reasonable alternative. Changes requested by the client depend on availability and may increase the price. Changes are confirmed only after written confirmation by TourLink.
Travellers must follow reasonable safety instructions, local laws, rules at cultural sites, hotels, transport, borders, guide instructions and the route schedule. Travellers are responsible for personal belongings and behaviour that causes damage, delay, danger or disruption to the programme.
If a problem arises during travel, inform the TourLink guide, tour leader, operations contact or support as soon as possible so the team can respond. After travel, unresolved issues should be sent to the booking contact or support with the booking number, dates, traveller name and a clear description.
Cancellation rules are described in the Cancellation policy and may be supplemented or replaced by cancellation terms in a specific proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, supplier terms or signed contract.
