A classic itinerary linking Tashkent, Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand into one coherent journey. The pace leaves room for landmark sites, but also for atmosphere, food and a few moments to slow down.
Tashkent, Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand are the great Silk Road cities. This route links them into one coherent journey of eight days and seven nights.
The journey begins and ends in the capital. In between, each city sets its own tone: the contrasts of contemporary Tashkent, the walls and minarets of Khiva, the evening rhythm of old Bukhara and the different periods of Samarkand.
One journey. Four cities. Your pace.
02
The itinerary balances visits and free time. Alongside the landmark sites, there is room for atmosphere, food and a few moments to slow down.
That rhythm runs through the days themselves: Khiva's courtyards and views are best enjoyed on foot, without rushing, and in Samarkand there is time in the afternoon to return to whichever place you want to see again.

Arrival and first impressions. Transfer to the hotel and a first look at the capital: broad avenues, urban greenery and the first contrasts between the contemporary city and its historical memory.

Domestic flight and first steps. Flight to Urgench, then onward transfer to Khiva and a first walk into Ichan-Kala, among walls, minarets and the atmosphere of the desert city.

The museum city. A full day in Khiva: fortresses, madrasas, courtyards and views best enjoyed on foot, without rushing.

The rhythm of the old city. Transfer to Bukhara; on arrival, first walks through the old city and an evening that immediately changes the pace of the journey.

From the city to the road. In the morning, several places outside the historic centre; in the afternoon, the road to Samarkand with stops along the way, and arrival.

The heart of the journey. Registan, Gur-e-Amir, Bibi-Khanym, Siab Bazaar and Ulugbek Observatory reveal different periods of the city; the afternoon leaves time to return to whichever place you want to see again.

Final visits and return. Shah-i-Zinda, the Afrasiab Museum, the Tomb of Saint Daniel and the paper workshop in Konigil, then a high-speed train to Tashkent and the final night in the capital.

Until next time. Check-out and private transfer to the airport according to the international flight time. End of services.
